About the El Dorado Fire Department

The El Dorado Fire Department has proudly served the citizens of El Dorado, Arkansas for over 125 years. Our mission is to protect and serve the people who live, work, and visit the El Dorado area.

Our Department We operate 4 stations within the city limits of El Dorado, staffed by 54 full-time professional firefighters working three 24-hour shifts. Our department is led by Fire Chief Chad Mosby.
